David Lee is the Founder and Managing Director of All-Star Franchise, LLC. Mr. Lee began his career on Wall Street in 1994, and during the past twenty five years, he has gained experience in both finance and franchising. Mr. Lee has consulted with a wide range of franchised and non-franchised organizations in the U.S. and abroad. He specializes in partnering with emerging brands and implementing franchise growth strategies. As the Founder of All-Star Franchise, Mr. Lee evaluates companies for franchisability, concept strength, management capabilities, and development potential. Over the course of his more than 13 years in franchising, Mr. Lee has been a franchisor, franchise operator, developer, and founder of three different franchise companies. As an experienced franchise business consultant, Mr. Lee’s expertise in areas of franchise implementation includes organizational development, strategic planning, international franchising, franchise marketing and sales, compliance, and brand development.

Mr. Lee’s experience also includes more than 23 years in investment management and financial planning for individuals and businesses. He currently serves as Founder and President of Franchise Equities , LLC. Prior to joining starting All-Star Franchise, he was an Investment Manager at Morgan Stanley and also served as Vice-President at Charles Schwab and Co. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Houston (Downtown) and holds FINRA licenses 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, and 66 securities registrations.

In 2020, Mr. Lee also formed NetShares to offer access to private securities to the general public that were previously inaccessible. Through this initiative, Mr. Lee will be able to fulfill his mission to create jobs and provide opportunities.
